Job Description
· Support the implementation of project activities related to family planning services.
· Monitor service delivery at health facilities to ensure compliance with FP protocols, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
· Conduct field visits to assess performance, provide technical guidance, and identify areas of improvement.
· Assist in organizing trainings, workshops, and on-site capacity building sessions for health staff.
· Maintain regular coordination with field teams and partner organizations.
Analyze service delivery data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
· Support in the development and dissemination of IEC materials and clinical job aids.
Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and sharing of lessons learned from field monitoring.
· Support quality assurance mechanisms such as supportive supervision, checklists, and feedback loops.
· Contribute to strategy development and technical inputs for proposals, reports, and presentations
