Job Purpose


Reporting to the Field Coordinator, ProLeap Development Group is establishing a roster of qualified Enumerators to support its data collection activities for monitoring, evaluation, and research across Multiple Countries. Shortlisted candidates will be contracted on a project basis and will become part of ProLeap Development Group’s research pool, contributing their expertise in field data collection for humanitarian and development interventions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • ?Conduct surveys, interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and other data collection methods as instructed.

  • Utilize digital data collection tools (e.g., tablets, smartphones) or paper-based forms.

  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of collected data by verifying entries and resolving discrepancies.

  • Obtain informed consent from respondents before data collection and maintain confidentiality and privacy.

  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth data collection processes.

  • Provide daily updates on data collection progress and challenges to the assigned supervisor.

  • Participate in all mandatory training sessions and briefings before starting data collection.

  • Remain flexible and available for assignments during the one-year pool period.

  • Be prepared to travel to assigned locations, including remote areas, for fieldwork.

  • Submit completed and verified data collection forms for each assessment.

  • Provide daily progress reports to the Field Coordinator.


Qualifications:



  • A Bachelor’s degree with significant field experience in research and monitoring will be considered.

  • 1-3 years of experience in third-party monitoring, evaluation, or research, preferably in humanitarian and development contexts.

  • Experience with mobile data collection platforms (KoboToolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO, etc.).

  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including local communities, donors, and implementing partners.

  • Fluency in local languages (e.g., Arabic, Pashto, Dari, Ukrainian, Somali) is required based on the country of deployment, while English is preferred.
