Job Description
- Manage recruitment cycle for 3,000+ CHIs and support staff including advertisements, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with PIU and with HANDS HO HR management team for HR planning, contract issuance, and payroll management.
- Ensure HRMIS updates and compliance with labor laws and social protection schemes (EOBI, PESSI).
- Maintain personnel files, service agreements, and attendance records.
- Facilitate performance management system for CHIs and field teams.
- Handle grievances, complaints, and disciplinary procedures.
- Support HR planning for refresher trainings and career development opportunities.
